Box with Instruments
To prevent instruments for damage and dirt they are packed in
plastic bags only for shipping,
CAUTION
Use the original Carriazo-Pendular transport case and instrument box for
shipments. Only the original cases can ensure the optimal mechanical safety
during the shipment.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Parts which arrive without the original transport case at SCHWIND eye-tech-
solutions are no longer under guarantee.
5.3.3 Unpacking and Checking the Delivery
Upon delivery of the device, inform SCHWIND eye-tech-solutions in Kleinostheim or your
responsible representative in order to organize the installation by our service
technicians/engineers.
After delivery of the device units, check immediately for outside damages to the boxes
and its completeness.
A service technician of SCHWIND eye-tech-solutions will carry out checking and
inspection of the device and its components for damage and completeness according to
delivery list.
If the device or its parts have to be sent back to the manufacturer, please use the original
packing material.
Store the boxes indoors until installation! Outside storage of the boxes must be avoided.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The customer is not authorized to unpack the boxes.
A service technician of SCHWIND eye-tech-solutions or other trained person has
to be present during opening of the boxes.
The customer is not allowed to perform the electrical connection of the device or
start installation. The guarantee would expire.
