Tools Required: *Right Angle Phillips Screwdriver *1/4” Allen Hex * 5/8” Socket * Ratchet
*Phillips screwdriver *Towel
Remove the lower cover screws according
to steps 3 through 5 of the “Lower/Upper
Cover Removal” process (page 30).
Step 1:
Place a 5/8” socket on the lock nut and
an 1/4” allen hex on the screw head of
the securing hardware for the lower outer
handle assembly to remove the hardware.
