Place the outer bearing cover onto the shaft
to cover the end of the clutch/pulley.

Secure the cover and clutch/pulley with the
snap ring previously removed.

Lift the left pedal and center the belt
onto the clutch/pulley. Verify that the
groove side of the belt is meshing with
the grooves of the pulley, then release the
pedal.
