❶ Continuity test
Open the valve(s) and make sure that a
small vacuum can be applied to the system
and then release this vacuum from one
end.
Check that the disturbances are recreated
by the device.
If you encounter problems at this stage,
check the continuity of the installation,
especially the pipes.
❷ Return to the "reference"
measurements with the F1 key
❸ Go to the next screen with the F3 key
Once the continuity test has been successfully completed, the operator is taken to the selection of the
vacuum to be applied for a regulatory leak test.
Refer to the table in Section 5 to determine the allowable vacuum value associated with the design
standards.
