In the diagram above, look up the transformer rating (horizontal axis) and the operating
voltage (vertical axis) and 󰊟nd the operating primary current at the related entry. The
background color suggests a matching CT.
Example: The transformer data Sn = 1600 kVA, Vn = 10 kV guides you to the entry “92” [A],
and its background color stands for the W4 CT. (Depending on your application, this might
be a simpli󰊟cation, of course. In ╚═▷ “3.3.2.3 Selection of the CT Transformation Voltage
