To remove the Batteries:
1. Make sure the Segway PT is unplugged and powered off.
2. Tip the Segway PT onto its side so that the Wheel lies flat against
a smooth clean surface. See Figure 35.
3. Using the 3mm hex wrench, remove the fasteners which hold the
Batteries in place (4 per Battery).
4. Pull Batteries straight off chassis.
