  If your SEW-Eurodrive DC drive won't enable and the display shows "StoP", verify that the hardware enable signal is applied to digital input 1. Also, check that the user +10 V output voltage (between terminals 5 and 7) is correct and the wiring to the user terminal strip. Check P1-12 for terminal / keypad mode; if keypad mode is selected, press the key. Finally, ensure that the supply voltage is within specification.

  If your SEW-Eurodrive DC drive shows an overload or over-current error and the motor doesn't spin, check whether the rotor is locked. Also, verify that the mechanical brake is released, if the drive is fitted with one.

  If your SEW-Eurodrive DC drive experiences an overload or over-current trip on an unloaded motor during acceleration, check the Star / Delta terminal connection in the motor. Ensure that the rated operating voltage of the drive and motor match. Remember that the Delta connection always gives the lower voltage rating of a dual voltage motor.
