Preparation
You can use the INPUT 4 or INPUT 5 terminal when connecting HDMI equipment.
HOMI equipment
• When using
an
HDMI-DVI conversion cable, input the audio signal to AUDIO terminal of INPUT
4.
• To enjoy the AQUOS
1080p
display capability, connect your Blu-ray disc player, HD-DVD player or other external equipment
using
an
HDMI cable and set the equipment to 1080p output.
You can use the INPUT 4 or INPUT 5 terminal when connecting a
PC.
When connecting to a PC with an
HDMI
terminal
• The HDMI terminals only support digital signal.
It
is
necessary to set the
PC
format correctly to display XGA and WXGA signal. Refer to page 36 to set
PC
input
signals.
