To erase disc and track names:
1.Perform steps 1 - 3 in the “Creating disc and track names” section on page 44.
2.Press the DELETE button for 2 seconds or more.
● “NAME CLEAR” will flash.
3.Press the ENTER button to finish.
To delete a character:
1.Perform steps 1 - 3 in the “Creating disc and track names” section on page 44.
2.Press the 3 or 2 button on the unit to flash the character to delete.
3.Press the DELETE button.
4.Press the NAME/TOC EDIT button to finish.
To add a character:
1.Perform steps 1 - 4 in the “Creating disc and track names” section on page 44.
2.Press the 3 or 2 button on the unit to flash the character, before which you
want to add a new character.
3.Select a character to enter, press the ENTER button.
4.Press the NAME/TOC EDIT button to finish.
Numbers/symbols
: indicates a space.
Capital letters
To change a character:
Example) To change “BEET” to “BEST”

2.Press the 3 or 2 button on the unit to flash the character to change.
3.Press the DELETE button.
4.Select a character to enter using the jog dial, then press the ENTER button.
5.Press the NAME/TOC EDIT button to finish.
