Sharp UX-1300 User Manual

The paper tray holds the paper on which received documents and copies are
printed. Up to 300 sheets of letter or legal size paper from 16 to 24 Ibs. (60 to 90
g/m?) can be loaded in the tray. For the best results, we recommend that you use
Sharp FO-16NA (letter size) or Sharp FO-16NB (legal size) paper.
1 If the paper tray is in the fax machine, re-
move the cover. Grasp the end of the pa-
per tray, lift it slightly, and pull it out of
the fax machine.
e Important: You must remove the
paper tray from the fax machine to
add paper.
If you are going to load legal size paper,
press the catch as shown, and pull out
the tray extender.
Push the pressure plate down until it
locks into position.
Fan the paper and then place it in the pa-
per tray, print side up. Make sure the cor-
ners of the paper go under the holders,
and then shake the tray gently to
straighten the paper.
