POLLING
Storing and clearing fax numbers for polling permission
You
can
store
up
to
10
fax
numbers
in
your
fax’s
list
of
permitted
numbers.
Press the keys shown at left. "ENTRY
1 FUNCTION
> MODE" will appear in the display.
2 Press the "%*" key 4 times. "PASSCODE
# MODE" will appear in the display.
3 Press "1" to store a number, or "2" to
clear a number.
4 Storing: Enter a 2-digit number from
"01" to "10". This number identifies the
fax number you will store in the next
step.
Clearing: Enter the number which iden-
tifies the fax number you want to clear,
and go to Step 6.
(Example)
rq Enter the fax number (max. of 20 digits).
Press the START key.
Return to Step 4 to enter (or clear) an-
