z Avoid sharing the same power source with other equipment.
z If the customer request UPS, please contact us.
z Although the instrument is designed to operate properly within a voltage fluctuation range of ±10%,
including the amplitude of the noise superposed on the AC line, the range that guarantees the
performance specification is ±5% including the noise.
z For safety reasons, use a power supply equipped with a ground fault (earth leakage) breaker.
z Have the customer’s equipment manager connect the unit to the ground fault breaker. If receiving power
from an outlet, provide a locking outlet and plug.
z The power capacity of the LC system will vary depending on the system configuration. Connect a power
supply so that the power capacity of the ground fault breaker is not exceeded.
