2.11 Reagents and Mobile Phase
Prepare the following required items beforehand.
{ Standard samples for adjusting instrument (S225-14122-01)
x PEG (polyethylene glycol) + PPG (polypropylene glycol) + Raffinose 200 mL
{ Samples for checking sensitivity (S225-06613-14) (for ESI/APCI)
x Reserpine (1 ng/uL) 1 mL ampule × 2
{ Sample for checking sensitivity (S225-06613-13) (for DUIS)
x Acetophenone (100 ng/ul) 1 mL ampule × 2
{ Samples for IQOQ evaluation (S225-12238-04)
For ESI/APCI/DUIS system repeatability/linearity test
x Papaverine (1.00, 5.00, 10.0, 50.0, 100 (pg/ul) water) 1 mL ampule each
{ Mobile phase
Acetonitrile LCMS grade: 3 L For checking ESI, DUIS and Micro ESI.
Methanol LCMS grade: 1 L For checking LC and APCI, and for rinsing
Ultrapure water: 1 L
(recommended: Milli-Q Gradient class water [specific resistance 18 MΩxcm or more,
TOC < 5 ppb])
Isopropanol: 1 L For rinsing
2.12 Other Items to Be Prepared
(1) Drain bottle (LC: 1pc, MS: 1pc)
(2) Reservoir bottle
Prepare a glass bottle of capacity 500 mL or more.
