Mount the carbon aero handlebar to the specialized aero stem using wedges for height and angle adjustment.
Attach an alloy handlebar to a standard 31.8mm stem, ensuring proper alignment and torque.
Install the expander plug and top cap to secure the headset and steerer tube assembly.
Mount the extension risers to the handlebar base for height and angle adjustment, following the riser chart.
Attach the extension clamps, extensions, and arm pads to the handlebar assembly securely.
