 Fig.1: Apply grease to the bolts, then install the bolts through the handlebar, through the risers and into the
extension brackets. Refer to the chart (see page 12) for the corresponding bolt length.
 Fig.1: Torque the bolts to 80 in-lbf (9.0 Nm).
