Fixing to the ground
If the machine is to be fixed to the
ground,useM10/M12expansionplugs
intheareasindicatedinFig.7.
ELECTRICAL HOOK-UP
The S60 must be powered with a three-phase current plus earth. The power supply
voltage must be specified in the purchase order.
All operations required for the electrical hook-up of the machine
to the power supply network must be carried out exclusively by
qualified personnel.
CAUTION!
- The dimensions of the electric hook-up used must be suitably sized in relation to:
•themachineinputpowerasindicatedonthemachinedataplate.
•thedistancebetweenthemachineandthepowersupplyhook-uppoint,sothat
voltagedropsunderfullloaddonotexceed4%(10%duringstart-up)compared
with the rated voltage specified on the data plate.
- The user must:
•tapowerplugthatcomplieswiththerelevantelectricalsafetystandards
•connectthemachinetoadedicatedelectricalpowersocketequippedwithitsown
automaticdifferentialcircuitbreakerwithasensitivityof30mA
•mountpowerlineprotectionfuses,suitably sizedaccordingtothespecications
indicated on the main wiring diagram contained in this manual;
•installanefcientgroundingcircuittoprotecttheworkshopelectricalsystem
- To prevent unauthorised use of the machine, always disconnect the power supply plug
when the machine is not used (switched off) for extended periods of time.
- If the connection to the electricity supply line is directly via the electrical board, without
the use of a plug, then a key switch (or padlocked switch) must be applied to restrict
machine use to qualified personnel only.
