The operation is safer and more comfortable using the specific TUBELESS roller (A fig.29),
which is supplied upon request. The roller can also be used for front bead breaking.
The demounting of tyres with particularly hard Supersingle textiles and of tubeless tyres
with rim shoulders that are even with very high edges can be done by carefully lubricating
and proceeding as described for agricultural wheels.
When the beads come off the rim, the tyre will fall.
Make sure no one is in the work area.
CAUTION!
MOUNTING
TUBELESS AND
SUPERSINGLE TYRES
When mounting tubeless tyres, tighten the
pliers (Fig. 30) on the front edge of the rim,
place both beads beyond the pliers, position
the tool with the reference flush with the rim
edge and turn the turntable clockwise. Pay
attention to the correct position of the beads
in the rim well.
Make sure that the gripper is well attached to the rim.
CAUTION!
In this way, the tyre will be completely mounted.
N.B. Lubricate the beads and the rim shoulder thoroughly to ensure that the tyre is
mounted correctly and without damage.
For the separate mounting of the beads (for tubeless and super single tyres) proceed as
described in the “MOUNTING AGRICULTURAL WHEELS” chapter
30
