CAUTION!
If the tyre is tubeless, insert the sealing ring between the rim and the side ring.
If the wheel has an inner tube, insert it in the tyre prior to mounting, stretching it out
uniformly inside the tyre, slightly inflated.
Do not inflate the tyre with the wheel still mounted on the turntable.
Tyre inflation is dangerous and should only be done by removing the wheel from the
turntable and placing it inside a safety cage.

TYRE GROOVING
After positioning the wheel with the rim on the turntable, set the rotation speed to minimum
using the specific switch, then use the knob to adjust the optimal tyre grooving speed (C fig. 6).
N.B.: The grooving operation is done from the wheel entry side (clockwise rotation).
N.B.: The minimum rotation speed is obtained when the wheels turns clockwise.
STOP PROCEDURES AND DEVICES
The machine is powered by turning the main switch (A fig. 11) located on the electric
system box to zero.
All the commands on the control lever are interrupted by releasing the command itself
(dead-man switch)
TROUBLESHOOTING
The machine does not start
No current
Provide power
The overload cut motor protector(s) is(are) not active
Activate the overload cut motor protector(s)
Transformer fuse broken
Replace the fuse
