Configured Options 0
• The following options for the monitor carriage, 10143404, must be installed prior to
installing the WLAN Expansion:
¹ 2-part network connection, Mat. No. 10143416
¹ "Options" installation kit, Mat. No. 10143423
• The following options for the monitor carriage, 07552024, must be installed prior to
installing the WLAN Expansion:
¹ 2-part network connection, Mat. No. 08079845
ARCADIS Image System Computer Network Configuration 0
• The network configuration for the ARCADIS image system PC must already be per-
formed. If needed, the network configuration must be performed according to the docu-
ment "Vxyz Configuration" (Vxyz stands as a place holder for the software version) of
the ARCADIS system. See the CB-Doc for the system.
¹ If needed, the network configuration must be performed according to the docu-
ment "VA10A Configuration" (VA10A stands as a place holder for the current soft-
ware version) of the ARCADIS system. See the CB-Doc for the system.
• A fixed IP address + Subnet mask is needed for both the image system computer and
the system WLAN Client.
NOTE
Both IP addresses and Subnet masks must be in the same
network segment.
Inquiring the Network Configuration Data prior to Installing the WLAN Client 0
• To ensure quick startup during installation and startup of the WLAN Client, the network
configuration data must be inquired from the customer's network administrator prior to
startup. For this, an appropriate inquiry list is appended in the chapter "List of Network
Configuration Specifications". This can be handed to the network administrator to
define the configuration data.
• Additional and more detailed information about the network configuration of the WLAN
Client can be found among the items included in the shipment of the CD-ROM for the
WLAN Client.
