Final Work Steps 3.2
Installing all Cover Panels and Ground Wire Check 0
• Following a successful initial test of the WLAN network connection, install all cover pan-
els and perform a check of the ground wire resistance.
¹ The ground wire resistance may not be below 0.2 Ohm.
Function Test 0
• Switch off the system.
• Then switch on the system again and wait for it to boot up.
• Test the WLAN connection in the vicinity of a customer access point. To do this, access
the DICOM nodes set up in the system (transmit / print / receive).
NOTE
In difficult WLAN network connections, you can again shut
down the Syngo application and log on to the WEB server for
the WLAN Client using Internet Explorer. After selecting the
<WLAN> - <Signal> menu, read the quality of the WLAN net-
work connection. Here, operate the "Stand-alone" monitor
carriage. The monitor carriage can then also be moved eas-
ier in the room.
• Test the WLAN connection to all user locations that were specified by the user by
accessing the DICOM nodes that have been set up (transmit / print / receive).
¹ Inform the customer of all bad or of individual bad WLAN network connections
that have been specified by the customer as user locations. Please record any
corrective measures discussed with the customer, for example improvements
made to the WLAN network topology, in the Comments lines.
Recordings 0
• Record the user locations for the ARCADIS system (location in the hospital / Room No.
/ Room designation) defined by the customer. See the next page.
• Record the functionality of the WLAN network connection at the specified user loca-
tions for the ARCADIS system. See the next page.
Handover to the Customer 0
• Hand the documents (Operator Manual) included in the shipment over to the customer.
• Inform the customer that a parallel WLAN network connection and cable network con-
nection are not possible. Also inform the customer about the WLAN Client network
switch.
