‐ The special technical documents described in Annex VII B have been prepared.
‐ The following basic health and safety requirements set out in Directive 2006/42/EC, Annex I,
are applied and are satisfied:
1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.5; 1.2.4.4, 1.2.6; 1.3.1 ‐ 1.3.4, 1.3.6 ‐ 1.3.8.1; 1.4.1, 1.4.2.1;
1.5.1 ‐ 1.5.11, 1.5.13, 1.5.15, 1.5.16; 1.6.1 ‐ 1.6.3; 1.7.1, 1.7.1.1, 1.7.2, 1.7.3 ‐ 1.7.4.3
‐ The partly completed machinery must not be put into service until it has been established
that the machinery into which the partly completed machinery is to be incorporated
has been declared in conformity with the provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC, as appropriate.
The manufacturer undertakes, in response to a reasoned request by the national authorities,
to transmit in electronic form relevant information about the partly completed machinery.
