The values in the table are approximate and refer to enamelled baking sheets.
The values may vary depending on the type and amount of dough and the baking tin.
Follow the preheating instruction in the table.
At the first attempt we recommend that you set lower temperatures than those indi-
cated. In principle, a lower temperature gives a more even browning.
If you are baking according to your own recipes, look for similar pastries in the table.
The values refer to insertion of food into a cold oven.
