Precondition:
You are conducting a call with a user
who does not have the necessary class of service.

Confirm “US:Consult UK:Enquiry? on the display
or scroll to “Start transfer?“ and confirm your se-
lection. The other party is on hold.
2.
Press the trunk key; the LED lights up.
or
Dial the external code or the trunk code (such as
7801).
3.
Scroll to „Transfer trunk?“ and confirm your selec-
tion. The undialed external trunk is transferred to
the waiting party which can then set up the exter-
nal call independently by dialing the external num-
ber.
Scroll to „Transfer trunk?“ and confirm your selec-
tion.
The waiting party can now set up the external call
independently, but he must enter the external
code or a trunk code before dialing the external
number
Dialing the external code is not possible
