Night Answer
When night answer mode is active, for example
during a lunch break or after office hours, all exter-
nal calls are immediately forwarded to a specific in-
ternal telephone (night station). The night station
can be defined by the service technician (= stan-
dard night answer service) or by you (= temporary
night answer service).
Activating night answer
1.
Scroll to “Night answer on” and confirm your se-
lection.

Enter the code for “Night answer on?.”
2.
From this point on, simply follow the user
prompts.
(Enter the internal station number = temporary
night answer service.

“Night stn.: ..” or “US:Night answer UK:Night Ser-
vice” appears on the display of all system tele-
phones.
