Display/Retrieve Call Charges (Not for U.S.)
If configured by the service technician, you can
program the “View call charges” key (
Æ
40) and
see from the state of the LED whether chargeable
calls have been conducted since the last time the
call charges were retrieved (the LED is lit up).
The chargeable calls and the related details, such
as the internal and external station numbers,
length of call, time, and charges, can also be out-
put on a printer (ask the service technician).
1.
Press the illuminated “View call charges” key.

From this point on, simply follow the user
prompts.
(On the optiset E memory, use the cursor keys to
select the individual lines.)
Once you have displayed all chargeable calls, the
LED goes out.
