In an executive/secretary group, the easiest way to
reach other members of the group is through di-
rect station selection keys.
Implementing direct station selection
Using a direct station selection key to transfer
an existing call
Press the direct station selection key; the station
number is dialed.
Name
When a member of the group is engaged
in a call, the corresponding direct station
selection key on your telephone is illumi-
nated. You can still use the direct station
selection key to call that member.

Press the direct station selection key; if necessary,
announce the call.
2.
Replace the handset.
