If your telephone belongs to an executive/secre-
tary group, special direct station selection keys will
have been set up, for example, “Executive” or
“Secretary” trunk keys for the executive line and
the Boss Ringing key.
Up to two executive telephones and two secretary
telephones can be interconnected in one execu-
tive/secretary group.
In addition, a second executive telephone can be
assigned to each executive telephone, with the
same functions as on the primary executive tele-
phone. The secondary telephone can be situated in
a conference room or on a coffee table, for exam-
ple.
