Transferring Calls Directly to the Exec-

(Only in an Executive/Secretary Group)
Normally, audible signaling of all calls for the executive
is heard only in the secretary’s office.
You can activate audible signaling so that calls are only
signaled on the executive telephone and on a second
telephone assigned to it.
Activating ring transfer:
Press the Ring Transfer" key. The LED lights up.

Press the key. The LED lights up.
Select and confirm.
or
Enter the code.
Press the trunk key you wish to use.
or
Enter the number of the trunk you wish to use.
Deactivating ring transfer:
Press the "Ring Transfer" key. The LED goes out.

Press the key. The LED lights up.
Select and confirm.
