Get Diagnostics Package
General
The Get Diagnostics Package feature is located in the device tasks area. This can be used to retrieve the
configuration and data files from the device for investigation purposes when requesting support from the
Siemens Customer Support Centre.

After clicking on the icon in the task window, a preferred communication connection must be selected.
The diagnostic information is then read from the Reyrolle 5 device.
Once completed the user can then click Finish and save the file into a folder.
The Get Diagnostics Package tool should only be used when seeking support from the Siemens
Customer Support Centre. This will produce a single export from the device which the support team can use to
investigate. The project is also useful but this retrieves all of the log files/event records as well.

This process may take several minutes to extract all of the device files.
