TIO_DI Read in edges at digital input and associated time stamps
TIO_DQ Output edges time-controlled at digital output

The CPUs of the S7‑1500R/H redundant system do not support the following OBs:
Synchronous cycle interrupt OB
OB 67 "MC-PreServo"
OB 91 "MC-Servo"
OB 92 "MC-Interpolator"
OB 95 "MC-PostServo"
