Use prohibition
Without additional measures, SIMOTION D410-2 must not be used in
Locations with a high percentage of ionizing radiation
Locations with extreme operating conditions, e.g.
Dust accumulation
Corrosive vapors or gases
Installations requiring special monitoring such as:
Elevator installations
Electrical systems in particularly hazardous rooms
An additional measure for using SIMOTION D410-2 can, for example, be installation in cabinets.
Note
The components must be protected against conductive contamination, e.g. by installing them
in a control cabinet with degree of protection IP54 according to IEC 60529 or NEMA 12.
If conductive contamination can be excluded at the installation site, a lower degree of cabinet
protection may be permitted.

SIMOTION D410-2 can be used under the following ambient conditions:
