Cyclic communication is used to exchange time-critical process data (e.g. setpoints and actual
values).
Telegrams and process data
The process data (PZD) that is to be transferred is defined through the configuration of the
drive unit (Control Unit). You can view and change the telegrams to be transferred in the
STARTER screen form:

From the perspective of the drive unit, the received process data represents the receive words
and the process data to be sent the send words.
