Using the TCU
Procedure:
1. Connect the TCU.
This opens the "New operator panel (TCU)" dialog.
2. Select "New" to connect a new TCU and "OK" to con󹪝rm.
3. In the next dialog, accept the name suggested by the system or enter a name and con󹪝rm this
with "OK".
The following parameters are preselected for the TCU:
4. Restart the TCU to apply the new settings.
5. If you want to change the parameters, select "Main menu" > "Service this panel" > "Modify
operator panel settings".
Activate direct keys
The signals from pressing the direct keys are sent directly to the PLC. In the PLC, the keys appear
as 16 digital inputs.
