1 1 constant Measured value remains constant

Limit bits can only be clearly evaluated in combination with the quality information!
Status byte combinations
Several combinations of the values of the status byte are possible in normal operation (i.e.
when the input value of the function block concerned incl. status is not simulated
In the following table, the status conditions have descending order of priority from top to
bottom. If several status conditions are satisfied, the current status with the highest priority is
reported.
