The EFC now reboots, performs the restoration then programs the Primary, SEC and Fail Flash
processors in order to restore their state to that requested. The operation is completed by turning
the power to the controller off then on.

The restore operation takes several minutes to complete during which time the controller reboots.
Contact via the handset is not possible whilst the restore is in progress. Completion is indicated
by the blue LED remaining permanently lit (on but not flashing).
The process is completed by turning the controller off then on.
