You can resolve minor faults with the device yourself. Please consult before you
contact customer service for information on troubleshooting. This way you
avoid unnecessary costs.

Risk of electric shock! Improper repairs
are dangerous.
▶ Only
trained specialist personnel may carry out repairs on the device.
▶ Only original spare parts may be used to repair the device.
▶ If the power cord of this appliance becomes damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person to avoid
hazards.
Malfunction Cause
and troubleshooting
The display is extinguished
andStart Refill
flashes.
The
energy saving mode is active.
▶ Press any button. aThe display
lights up again.
"E:30 /
-80" Drain pipe or water drain hose is clogged.
▶ Clean
the drain pipe and the water drain hose.
Drain pipe or water drain hose is kinked or
trapped.
▶ Make
sure that the drain pipe and water drain
hose are not kinked or trapped.
Water drain hose is connected too high.
▶ Mount the
water drain hose at a maximum height of 1
meter.
Unauthorized extension mounted on the water drain
hose.
▶ Remove unauthorized extensions from the water
drain hose.

Drain pump is clogged.

Pump cover not assembled correctly.
▶ Reassemble the pump cover correctly.
Pump cover
is not fully screwed in.
▶ Make
sure that the pump cover is screwed into the
device as far as it will go. The handle of the pump
cover must be vertical.
