11.2 Declaration of Decontamination/Return Declaration
The Return Declaration (page
65) and the Declaration of Decontamination (page
67) serve for maintaining the safety and health of our employees.
Fill out the forms and attach them when returning centrifuges, accessories, and
spare parts. Please understand that we cannot carry out any work before we
have the declarations. We recommend several copies of this page to be
made.
