3.2 Function
● Feed the strap manually through the seal (1).
● Guide the strap start (5) around the packaged
goods and through the seal again, then bend
it over.
● Tensioning by feed wheel principle (4).
● Sealing by notching (2) the seal.
● Strap cut with knife(3).
● You can choose between three operating modes
(Section 4.2):
● Manual (standard/factory setting)
● Semi-automatic
● Fully automatic
● The tensioning force is adjustable (Section. 4.3).
● The tools can be operated with the strap widths 19, 25 and 32 mm (Section 7).
If straps with a strap thickness of 0.60 mm (< 0.80 mm) are used (see section 4.6).
