Dismantling
► Remove battery from tool.
► Loosen two cylinder head screws (1) and
remove the front cover.
► Loosen two captive cap screws (Torx) (6) and
remove front cover together with protection
soft cover. The cylinder head screw (Torx) (2)
does not have to be loosened.
► Pull out the pin (4) together with the retaining
ring (3) and pull out the cutter (5) from below.
► Clean the cutter (5), check for wear and repla-
ce if necessary.
Fitting
► Lubricate the cleaned or replaced parts at the
joints and sliding points with universal grease (e.g. Klüber GBU Y 131, Microlube) or spray with
high-pressure resistant adhesive lubricating oil spray (e.g. Würth HHS 2000).
► Fitting is performed in reverse order.
