* Wear part
Dismantling
► Remove battery from tool.
► Remove front covers (Section 6.3).
► Pull out two bolts (1), remove outer notcher (13), jaws (12), centre notcher (11) together with
object protection (3).
► Pull out two jaw pins (10) and remove guiding jaw (7) together with jaw (9).
► Loosen two countersunk screws (Torx) (6) and cylinder screw (2) with bushing and nut. Remove
the mount (5) together with the four compression springs (4).
► Clean the two object protections (3), check for wear and replace if necessary.
► Clean centre notcher (11), jaws (9) (12), guiding jaw (7) and outer notchers (8) (13), check for
wear and replace if necessary. The outer notchers (8) (13) can also be turned 180° to use the
second cutting edge.
Fitting
► Lubricate the cleaned or replaced parts at the joints and sliding points with universal grease (e.g.
Klüber GBU Y 131, Microlube) or spray with high-pressure resistant adhesive lubricating oil spray
(e.g. Würth HHS 2000).
► Fitting is performed in reverse order.
► After reassembly, check that the object protection (3) between the jaws are in place and function-
ing.
