10 ASSISTANCE
Silca provides full assistance to purchasers of the REKORD key-cutting machine.
To ensure complete safety for the operator, any job not specified in this ma
nual should be carried out
by the manufacturer or in the special Service Centres recommended by Silca.
On the back cover of th is manual is a list of the manufacturer’s add resses; listed bel ow are the
addresses of specialised Service Centres.
10.1 How to request service
The gua rantee attached to R EKORD key-cutti ng machines ensures fre e repai rs or repl acements of
faulty parts within 24 months of purchase. All other service calls must be arranged by the customer with
Silca or with a Silca service centre.
