5.6 SAFETY vAlvE
The heater safety valve “A” of heater serves to
discharge excess pressure that may form owing
to malfunctioning. The valve opens automatically
when inner pressure of heater exceeds 2.1 bar.
WHEN TO REPLACE
Forsafetyreasonseach time the valve comes
into operation it should be replaced to ensure
perfect operation.
Therefore, in case of heater flooding or excess
of steam, secure the machine by replacing the
entire valve.
HOW TO REPLACE
Remove the safety valve “A” by unscrewing it
with a 14 mm hex wrench.
