Fault Description of most likely cause
Head missing Detector Head has been removed from base Pg 14
Output Abnormal Detector output e.g. sounder is faulty Pg 18
Bad Answer (Static) Detector head or base is faulty Pg 16
Bad Answer (Intermittent) Two detectors reporting at the same address Pg 16
No Answer Detector / device missing (Complete head/base) Pg 13
Open Circuit Monitored circuit broken Pg 10
Short Circuit Monitored circuit or 24 volt supply shorted Pg 11
Node Missing Communication lost with specified panel
Degraded Style 7 The specified network loop is broken
Earth Fault The specified panel has an earth fault
Battery Fault The specified panel has a battery fault
Card Fault Specified panel has a card in fault
Pseudo status fault Specified panel needs to be checked
Miscellaneous fault Specified panel has a fault not include above
