NOTES: 1. External input voltage is 24 volts AC or DC.
2. The external input is usually from an external master clock.
When the TCC receives the external input, its second will
reset to zero. (If the TCC reads from 1 to 29 seconds, only
the seconds reset to zero. If the TCC reads from 30 to 59
seconds, the seconds are reset to zero and the minutes are
advanced by one minute.)
