HYDRAULIC LIFT CONTROL SERVICE
Lift Control Knob Replacement
1. Clear the area around the mower deck or attachment
and cycle the lift valve lever (A, Figure 11) to relieve
any pressure in the system and lower the attachment.
2. Remove the knob (A, Figure 11) by pulling it straight
off the control lever (B). To install, press the new
knob onto the lever.
Lift Control Lever Replacement
NOTE: For easier access, you may want to remove the
battery first.
1. Clear the area around the mower deck or attachment
and cycle the lift valve lever (A, Figure 11) to relieve
any pressure in the system and lower the attachment.
2. Disconnect the control lever link (H) from the control
lever (B) by removing the cotter pin and washer (G).
3. Remove the capscrew (C), flat washer (D), spacer
(E) and nut (F).
4. Remove and replace the lever (B). Install in reverse
order of removal.
