1.12.1 Transducers
Simrad Combi-transducers C50/200 or C38/200
For optimum performance of the CX44/54 echosounder function, the Simrad
combi transducers C38/200 and C50/200 are recommended. These transduc-
ers also include a water temperature sensor. A variety of alternative medium-
range transducers is available for vessels mainly operating in shallow waters
and/or where the size of the transducer is critical.
Combi C50/200 or C38/200 combines two transducers and a temperature
sensor in one housing. It has a streamlined shape, designed for mounting onto
the hull.
