  If your Simuline Arcade Game Machines simulator is continuously jerking slightly and making a ticking sound without initializing, it's likely that the actuators are encountering too much load during the initialization process. This can happen if there is someone or something heavy inside the cabin, or if something is obstructing the motion. To resolve this, press the E-Stop button, remove any people or objects from the cabin, and power down the system. Then, start it again. Also, check for and remove any obstructions.

  If your Simuline Arcade Game Machines simulator does not initialize or move properly and the LCD screen shows an error, and the “Power” LED on the SCU front panel is off, it indicates that main power is not being supplied. Check the lamp labeled “Power” on the MCU and the SCU. If the lamp on the MCU is off, verify that the main power line is live. If the MCU lamp is on but the SCU lamp is off, ensure the E-Stop button is released by rotating it counterclockwise. You may also open the MCU box and check the circuit board for visible damage.

  If the Simuline Arcade Game Machines simulator does not move properly and the LCD screen on the MSCU front panel shows an error message like 'Try Can Comm .. Waiting host(TCP)..', it suggests that the CAN communication line from the motion board to the MCU is not working correctly. To fix this, ensure that the CAN line is securely plugged in on both the motion board and MCU sides.
