SEAM FINISHING
Use a zig_zag stitch to finish seam edges
of fabrics that are likely to unravel,
o Sew seams as desired; trim and press
open.

SATIN STITCHING
Satin stitching is a series of closely spaced
zig-zag stitches. Satin stitch monograms,
embroidery and appliques for a smooth,
satin-like finish_
o Practice to get desired stitch appear-
ance.
