PRE-OPERATION FUNCTION TEST
1. Turn the Ground/Platform select switch on the
ground controller to ground control position. All
function operations shall only be allowed on the
ground controller, while the platform controller
shall be inoperative.
2. Turn the Ground/Platform select switch on the
ground controller to platform control position. All
function operations shall only be allowed on the
platform controller, while the ground controller
shall be inoperative.
Enable switch
1. Push any function switch without toggling the
enable switch, the corresponding function shall be
inoperative.
2. Push any function switch and toggle the enable
switch, the corresponding function shall work
normally.
Main boom luffing switch
1. Toggle the enable switch and meanwhile push
upward the main boom luffing switch, the main
boom shall go up smoothly without shaking or
abnormal noise.
2. Toggle the enable switch and meanwhile pull
down the main boom luffing switch, the main
boom shall go down smoothly without shaking or
abnormal noise, and the buzzer will sound.
Main boom telescoping switch
1. Toggle the enable switch and meanwhile push the
main boom telescoping switch to the right, the
main boom shall extend smoothly without shaking
or abnormal noise.
2. Toggle the enable switch and meanwhile push the
main boom telescoping switch to the left, the main
boom shall retract smoothly without shaking or
abnormal noise.
Articulating boom luffing switch
1. Toggle the enable switch and meanwhile push
upward the articulating boom luffing switch, the
articulating boom shall go up smoothly without
shaking or abnormal noise.
2. Toggle the enable switch and meanwhile pull
down the articulating boom luffing switch, the
articulating boom shall go down smoothly without
shaking or abnormal noise and the buzzer shall
sound.
Turntable rotation switch
1. Toggle the enable switch and meanwhile push
upward the turntable rotation switch, the turntable
shall rotate anticlockwise.
2. Toggle the enable switch and meanwhile pull
down the turntable rotation switch, the turntable
shall rotate clockwise.
