PRE-OPERATION FUNCTION TEST
When the rear position indicator light is flashing, the
drive function shall be inoperative. Push the rear
position drive switch, the rear position indicator light
shall lit and the drive function shall work.
NOTICE
At this time, the machine will run and steer in
opposite direction as indicated.
Work light switch (if equipped)
Push the work light switch, the work light will be
switched on/off.
Buzzer
The buzzer shall give a sound-light alarm at variable
frequency under any of the following situations:
• Main boom or jib boom luffing down
• Machine overloaded
• Machine tilted
• Length sensor faulted
• Angle sensor faulted
• Other faults
System distress indicator light
The system distress indicator light will be lit under
any of the following conditions:
• CAN bus error
• Other faults
Chassis tilt indicator light
When the machine body is tilted, the tilt alarm will
sound and the chassis tilt indicator light will be lit.
NOTICE
When the main boom rises or extends, if the chassis
tilt indicator light goes on, make sure to retract and
lower the main boom in place.
Overload indicator light
When the load on the platform exceeds the rated
load of platform, the overload indicator light will be lit.
Heavy load indicator light
When the platform is within the heavy load working
envelope and the load on the platform exceeds the
light load, the heavy load indicator light will be lit.
High drive speed indicator light
When the machine runs at high speed, the high drive
speed indicator light will be lit.
TESTING DRIVE SPEED
1. Depress the foot switch.
2. Slowly push forward the drive/steer proportional
control handle to full drive speed.
3. Push the drive speed select switch on the platform
controller to switch from low speed to high speed.
4. The test results should be as shown in the table
below:
